Welcome to the MNA / PRCC web site (www.prcc.co) on the ministries of Reformed and Presbyterian chaplains. You might initially think of military chaplains, but the chaplaincy is much more than that. It includes those who bring the Light of Christ into all kinds of hospitals, correctional facilities, hospice ministries, retirement communities, police and fire stations, and businesses. While you are reading this, PRCC chaplains are at work all over the world standing at a bedside, praying with a distraught couple, counseling an anxious Serviceman or woman, officiating at a graveside service, preaching Christ, or leading a Bible study in a far away place. As you scroll through the options you will find out ways you can support PRCC chaplains in their work.
This is also a site for those thinking God may be calling them to chaplain ministry. In it you will find the application forms, our PRCC Chaplains’ Manual and a myriad of other resources to help you decide what God might be doing in your life. So, if you are a “chaplain inquirer,” please review this website to find out more about putting the title “Chaplain” in front of your name. Our God is a surprising God and you never know where He may want to use your gifts!
