Benefits of Board Certification

Both military and civilian chaplains are encouraged to take at least 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). Many employers require applicants to have had CPE training, and Board Certification with the APC requires 4 units of CPE. We encourage more PRCC Chaplains to pursue Board Certification.  This letter from the Board of Chaplaincy Certification, Inc.
