Mission Statement: To serve, equip, and mobilize the PCA Korean constituency to foster relationship and partnership with the ministry of MNA and the larger PCA community for the purpose of growing and multiplying healthy churches
사명 선언문: 미국장로교 산하 한인 교회들을 섬기고, 구비 시키며, 동원하여, 건강한 교회로 성장 시키고 증가 시키는 목적을 위해 국내 선교부 사역과 더 넓게는 미국장로교 공동체와의 관계 및 협력을 배양 한다.
Principal Functions and general responsibilities:
주요 기능과 일반적 책임:
- Team with MNA Staff to serve including the PCA Korean constituency, but not limited to, in their mission to grow and multiply biblically healthy churches through the ministry avenues of church renewal, missional partnership, and church planting.
국내선교부 스텝 진과 팀을 이루어, 거기에 제한되지는 않지만,미국장로교 산하 한인 교회들을 교회 갱신, 선교적 협력 및 교회 개척의 사역 경로들을 통하여 성경적으로 건강한 교회들로 성장 시키고 증가 시키도록 섬긴다.
- Develop and maintain strong and favorable MNA relationship and partnership with the PCA Korean constituency, particularly promoting the concept of and participation in the financial support of MNA.
미국장로교 한인 교회와의 견고하고 호의적인 미국장로교 관계 및 협력을 개발하고 유지하되, 특별히 국내선교부의 재정적 후원의 개념과 참여를 촉진한다.
- Develop an eco-system within the churches and presbyteries to recruit, train, mentor, and coach future church planters and pastors.
교회들과 노회들 안에 장래 교회 개척자들과 목사들을 모집, 훈련, 조언, 지도하기 위한 환경 체계를 개발한다.
- Cast and commit to a vision to building system of staff and programs to multiply the ministry of MNA in the PCA Korean constituency.
미국장로교 국내선교부의 사역을 증가 시키기 위하여 한인 사역 스텝진과 프로그램들을 건설하는 비전을 제시하며 헌신한다.
- Facilitate the Korean translation and communication of MNA documents and publish necessary brochures, website, periodicals, newsletter, or other means of promotion and communication materials.
국내선교부 문서들의 한어 번역과 소통을 용이하게 하며 필요한 소책자들, 웹사이트, 정기 간행물들, 회보 혹은 홍보 및 여러 소통 자료들을 출판한다.
- Assist the coordinator and MNA as a liaison with the PCA Korean constituency.
미국장로교 한인 교인의 연락책으로서 코디네이터와 국내선교부를 돕는다.
- Perform tasks outside of usual routine duties as exigencies require or as the assistant coordinator or the coordinator asks.
일반적 엄무 외 필요한 사항이나 보조 코디네이터 혹은 코디네이터가 요청하는 사역을 수행한다.
- Report to the assistant coordinator of MNA and to the coordinator.
국내선교부 보조 코디네이터에게 또 궁극적으로는 코디네이터에게 보고한다.

Church Renewal
교회 갱신
- Offer resources on church renewal to church leaders and congregations in the PCA Korean constituency.
미국장로교 산하 한인 교회의 지도자들과 회중들에게 교회 갱신에 관한 자료들을 제공한다
- Facilitate and host regional and national events, seminars, and conferences to mobilize, encourage, and train Christians and church leaders for individual and collective renewal.
개인과 공동체의 갱신을 위해 그리스도인들과 교회 지도자들을 동원하고, 격려하며, 훈련하기 위한 지역적이거나 전국적인 행사들, 강연회들 및 회합들을 주최하며 활성화한다.
- Develop personal and intergenerational mentoring and coaching ministry for local church pastors and church planters.
지역 교회 목사들과 교회 개척자들을 위한 개인적인 또 세대 간의 멘토링 및 코칭 사역을 개발한다.
- Work in partnership with other agencies of the PCA to see congregation become spiritually charged and magnetized with the gospel of Christ.
회중이 영적으로 충전되고 그리스도의 복음에 매료되는 것을 볼 수 있도록 미국장로교의 다른 기관들과 협력하며 사역한다.
- Connect churches and presbyteries with the key leaders and groups who are active in evangelism and pursuing church renewal for collaboration and synergistic effort.
협력과 상승효과를 위해 전도와 교회 갱신을 추구하는데 활발한 핵심 지도자들과 단체들을 교회들과 노회들에 연결시킨다.
Missional Partnership
선교적 협력
- Mobilize the PCA Korean constituency to meet physical and spiritual need after disaster.
재난으로 인한 육체적이고 영적인 필요를 채우기 위해 미국장로교 한인 교회들을 동원한다.
- Encourage and facilitate the PCA Korean constituency to respond in word and deed to those who are strangers, disabled, afflicted, in prison and their family, and have special needs.
나그네와 장애자들, 고난 당하는 자들, 수감된 자들 및 그들의 가족들, 또 특별한 필요가 있는 자들에게 말씀과 행함으로 섬길 수 있도록 미국장로교 한인 교회들을 격려하며 권장한다.
- Assist the PCA Korean constituency and all Committees (AC, Discipleship Ministry, RUF, MTW) and Agencies (RBI, CTS, CC, PCA Foundation, Ridge Haven) of the PCA toward the relationship and partnership opportunities.
미국장로교 한인 교인과 미국장로교의 모든 위원회들(행정위원회, 제자 사역, 학원 선교, 세계 선교)과 기관들(미국장로교 은퇴 및 혜택 제단, 커버넌트 신학교, 커버넌트 대학교, 미국장로교 재단, 릿지 헤이븐)이 관계와 협력의 기회들을 갖도록 돕는다.
- Advance the concept and practice of cooperative ministry of the PCA as a connectional Church with Anglo churches/presbyteries and other ethnic ministries.
미국장로교의 협력 사역의 개념과 실제를 미국 교회들/노회들 및 다른 인종 사역들과 연결된 교회로서 진전시킨다.
- Assist the PCA Korean constituency to establish and develop a healthy and positive relationship and partnership with EM leaders for multiplication of ministry and gospel fruitfulness.
미국장로교 한인 교회들이 영어권 사역 지도자들과 함께 사역의 증가와 복음의 결실을 위한 건강하고 긍정적인 관계와 협력을 확립하고 개발하도록 돕는다.
- Assist pastoral search committees and ministers in pastoral placement in the PCA Korean constituency.
미국장로교 산하 한인 교회의 목사 청빙 위원회와 목회지를 찾는 목회자들을 돕는다.
Church Planting
교회 개척
- Inform and educate the PCA Korean constituency on church planting culture, resources, and guidance of MNA’s church planting ministry.
국내선교부의 교회 개척 사역의 교회 개척 문화, 자료들 및 안내에 대해 미국장로교 한인 교회들에게 정보를 제공하며 교육시킨다.
- Encourage and guide the PCA Korean constituency to pray for church plants, give financially, join/form a church planting network, launch a daughter church, and become part of a church planting eco-system.
미국장로교 산하 한인 교회들을 격려하고 지도하여 교회 개척을 위해 기도하고, 재정적으로 기부하며, 교회 개척 네트워크에 가입하거나 형성하고, 지 교회를 시작하며, 교회 개척 환경 체계의 한 부분이 되도록 한다.
- Assist the church planting efforts of MNA church planting ministry and various church planting networks including, but not limited to, matters related to the PCA Korean constituency.
국내선교부의 교회 개척 사역과 다양한 교회 개척 네트워크를 도와 한인교회를 포함한 그 외의 교회 개척 노력을 돕는다.
