So far, of the approximately $93,000 received, $89,000 has been awarded, in amounts between $2,000 and $9,000, to 13 heavily impacted PCA churches and to 4 non-profit mercy ministry organizations in 13 states, from Florida to Washington State; from Queens, NY to Billings, Montana; from Louisiana to Wisconsin! Praising God for His continued provision, which is staving off evictions, preventing utility shut-offs, sustaining crucial cell phone connection, feeding the hungry, and providing needed across-the-counter meds, hygiene supplies and groceries to families with members ill with COVID. And a secondary benefit has been that many of our pastors who have long been serving faithfully under some of the most difficult circumstances are being encouraged that their crucial ministry is noticed and appreciated by sister PCA congregations across the country.
