Lead Your Church In Renewal and Revitalization

Mission to North America, with Flourish Coaching, is launching a pilot program to assess pastoral candidates’ adeptness at leading renewal and revitalization. The goal of the pilot program is to match positively assessed pastors with positively assessed churches in the hope of bringing about renewal and revitalization in congregations. A total of six pastoral candidates and three congregations will be initially accepted into the program.
