Church Planter Training 101

POSTPONED – WATCH THIS SPACE FOR UDPATES

The Midwest Alliance is sponsoring a training event May 13-15 in Lexington KY (POSTPONED – WATCH SPACE FOR UPDATES) for people considering church planting or preparing to launch a new plant. A training team of Ted Powers, Tami Resch, and Dan Jackson will lead this short and intense Church Planting 101 training. It will lay the groundwork for planting a church with foundations in place to set a healthy trajectory for later stages of development. Topics covered will include networking and gathering, equipping others, working with a core group, building a launch team, developing a philosophy of ministry, evangelism for the intimidated, and understanding the personal and spiritual challenges faced by the church planting couple.

Some time will be devoted to discussion but not nearly enough is possible at a short event! Optional but highly encouraged short term ongoing cohorts will be offered at additional cost to continue processing, applying, and learning from others.

We encourage you to think about coming as a leadership team – and definitely bring your spouse to benefit from focused time with Parakaleo’s Tami Resch!

As a bonus:

A separate partial side track will be offered to church planting leaders and experienced planters who would like to be equipped to lead ongoing short term learning cohorts to be formed after this event. Cohort leader training participants will sit in on much of the Church Planter 101 training to hear what future cohort participants are hearing.

This event is open to all.
