Video overview

Sign In to Account

Go to https://app.paperlesstrans.com/guest/login and login with the username mna-accounting.

Create a Fund Keyword

Once you are logged in, choose Keywords to get started. To keep our approach simple, we are using the format MNA <Fund#> as our structure. As a result MNA is the single keyword. For each Fund we are adding a Sub Keyword.

Step 1

Confirm that the Sub Keyword is available. Enter the Fund # you are adding and click Search. If available, click Activate. If, for any reason the Sub Keyword is not available, click Return to search for the Fund #.

Step 2

Group selection: check the box to add the new fund to the Keyword group

Step 3

Create the Reply Message – This is the message and URL shortcut that the prospective donor will receive when they send the text. It is the trickiest part of the add process. Read the process below. We suggest copying the template language and pasting it in the text area.

Template

To give to <Fund Short Name>, tap  {#URL=”https://secure.paperlesstrans.com/MNATEXT?c16=<Fund#>&c21=<Fund+Short+Name>”#}

  1. Replace ‘<Fund Short Name>’ with a brief name by which the fund can easily be recognized
  2. Replace ‘<Fund#>’ with the actual Fund #
  3. Replace ‘<Fund+Short+Name>’ with the name used in step 1, replacing any spaces with a plus character [+]

Sample using Fund 9999 – Church Planting Fund

To give to Church Planting Fund, tap  {#URL=”https://secure.paperlesstrans.com/MNATEXT?c16=9999&c21=Church+Planting+Fund”#}

Step 4

Click Continue to finish the setup

Edit a Fund Keyword

Usually, you would only need to edit a Sub Keyword if the Reply Message needed to be changed. To do. simply click on the Fund # Sub Keyword and choose Reply Message Edit.

Delete a Fund Keyword

Locate the Fund Sub Keyword, click on the 3 dots on the right side and choose ‘Delete’. Please do this carefully as there is no restore option if you make a mistake.
