2. OPPORTUNITY:
Job Title: Special Projects Admin Assistant
Job Description: Gospel-relating, mission-drive, administrative assistant needed to coordinate logistics for special projects, including conducting virtual interviews with participants for our end-of-year campaign.
Working closely with the Executive Director, responsibilities include:
-Schedule interviews with ministry stakeholders and participants
-Coordinate partnerships between prayer partners and participants
-Send email communication and ensure follow-up
Paid or Volunteer: Volunteer.
Housing: Not applicable.
Special Qualifications:
- Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Detailed-oriented and conscientious
- Is comfortable with technology (Zoom, well- versed in collaborative work using Google docs/sheets)
Hours per week: 1-4
Worksite Location (in person, virtual, etc.): Virtual.
Expected Length of Need: 3 – 6 months, depending on availability

Parakaleo’s mission is to build gospel-based resilience in women (especially wives) and help them feel less alone in church planting. We offer virtual learning experiences and groups that address common struggles for women in their ministry context. Our certified leaders offer the same programs in person in over 15 countries across four continents. Started in 2004 under MNA, we are now a nonprofit organization and serve approximately 400 women a year.
