What We Can Do for Your Church

Engaging the Church

Why would the church need to be “engaged” or “recruited” to do the work Christ commanded the to do? The answer is three-fold: First, most churches just don’t have the resources to launch a comprehensive plan to minister to prisoners. Second, a prison ministry is one of those seemingly thankless ministries that doesn’t put warm bodies in the pews and generous checks in the offering plate. Third, many churches have been burned and have a bad taste in their mouth.

Metanoia Ministries is committed to forming partnerships with the local church so that the church does all the ministering and Metanoia does all the facilitating!
